Donald Trump loves to attack CNN. If a story paints Trump in a negative light, he’s one of the first people on Twitter to call the news network “fake news.”
It turns out that the POTUS’ wife, Melania Trump, doesn’t share her husband’s hatred of the 24-hour news network.
Earlier in the week, it was revealed that Trump flew into a rage after discovering that his wife’s TV on the Presidential jet, Air Force One, was tuned to CNN.
Following the realization that at least one Trump family member is a fan of the news network, CNN sent out a thank you note through its @CNNPR channel.

“Thanks for watching, [Melania]!” CNN’s public relations tweeted. The message followed a statement from Melania’s spokesperson who said the first lady will watch “any channel she wants.”
Keep in mind, the President, in an email to White House officials, obtained by The New York Times, made it a rule that all TVs on Air Force one are to be tuned to Fox News.
Well played CNN.
