Clarence Thomas is Whining About the Supreme Court is Being Bullied

If he was nominated 20 years later, it is likely that Clarence Thomas would have never been voted to serve on the Supreme Court. The Conservative lawyer had been accused of regularly sexually harassing one of his subordinates, Anita Hill.

Now, Thomas is the longest-serving justice on the court. And he is as radical today as he was in the late 1980s. Thomas, though, would like for it to be a one-way street. During a recent speech in Atlanta, the judge complained that the court was being bullied over Roe vs. Wade.

Thomas, whose wife was involved in a coup to overturn the 2020 election, lamented, “we are becoming addicted to wanting particular outcomes, not living with the outcomes we don’t like. We can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you just the outcomes you want. The events from earlier this week are a symptom of that.”

While the comments show that Thomas utterly lacks any kind of self-awareness, it is par for the course for the modern GOP.

Thomas also whined that the court was being affected by the “different attitude of the young.” Complaining about the leak, he continued, “Recent events have shown this major change.”
