Turning Point USA sent a cease & desist letter to the cast of The View, asking them to clarify to their audience that the demonstrators outside their Student Action Summit, including those who carried swastika flags, were not associated with the eevnt or the organization, were not invited or condoned, and in fact, that the organization’s security team ried to make them leave, but was unable because the demonstrators were on public property.

Despite all this, founder Charlie Kirk is also claiming that the crowd may not have been real neo-Nazis at all, but paid Democratic operatives, apparently trying to make the organization look bad — while inside, Marjorie Taylor Greene advocatd for Christian Nationalism, and Matt Gaetz said that pro-choice women were too ugly to impregnate.
However, even as he argues that the demonstrators could be Democratic plants, he also threatens to sue The View for “smear[ing] minors as Nazis.”
Talking to lawyers. Many think we have a strong case. You cannot smear minors as Nazis and get away with it. It impacts them for the rest of their life. #SueTheView

It’s not clear if Kirk is claiming that any individual has been accused of Nazism, or if he’s just lashing out about coverage of the swastika flags.
However, he also claims that he plans to investigate and uncover the truth about exactly who the demonstrators were, and why they showed up at his organization’s event.
Super weird how the media isn’t trying to find out the identity of the “Nazis” that came and "demonstrated" on the sidewalk outside of our event. I want to know who these people are. Are they actually Nazis, or paid Democrat agitators?
I plan to find out.

In fact, he’s teaming up with the film producer behind the ‘documentary’ 2000 Mules — Dinesh D’Souza’s film airing his conspiracy theories and feelings about the 2020 election, which D’Souza has complained that even Fox News won’t air.
Partnering with Gregg Philips who brought you data behind 2,000 Mules. We are going to find out the truth behind these “Nazis”

The crowd outside Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit reportedly included protestors across te political spectrum. In addition to those carrying Nazi flags were pro-choice protestors, and others handing out anti-abortion and antisemitic literature.
