Capitol Officer’s Partner Says All Trump Enablers Are Responsible For Police Deaths
Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick’s partner, Sandra Garza, is speaking out about the attack, and the deaths of multiple officers. While Sicknick’s death has been officially attributed to natural causes, the strokes he suffered after the encounter lead many to a different perspective.
Sicknick also wasn’t the only casualty. Two other officers committed suicide after the attack. Furthermore, there were injuries to many more Capitol Police officers.
Still, Congressional Republicans continue to downplay the entire series of events, and refuse to support a bipartisan committee to further investigate.
Garza appeared on MSNBC to share her perspective. She affirmed that she believes her partner, along with Officers Howard Liebengood, and Jeffery Smith, would be alive today if it hadn’t been for the insurrection attempt, carried out on behalf of Donald Trump, by people who wanted to keep him in office after he lost the election.
“Everyone who participated in enabling Trump is responsible for their deaths,” says Sandra Garza, partner of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick. “That these members of Congress continue to outright deny what happened… is just absolutely unforgivable.”pic.twitter.com/FCkKMmzb22

“I feel that Donald Trump is 100% responsible for inciting that attack, as well as all of the people that were enabling him, following him, too terrified to stand up against him. I mean, they all set this in motion. I do harbor a lot of anger, a lot of pain, over an event that really never should have happened.”
She’s also very disappointed that Donald Trump never reached out after Sicknick’s death, despite knowing that Sicknick and Garza were both supporters prior to the insurrection, and that members of Congress are denying facts about the attack, openly rewriting history — “absolutely unforgivable.”
