Her Neighborhood Was Unsafe But She Was Ready
Mona was completely exasperated over the lack of security in her vicinity. Her neighbor begged her to take action, but it was too late as the perpetrators had already vacated.
She was desperate to find a solution that would bring security back to her neighborhood. The issues kept occurring and it was becoming a real problem. Suddenly, an idea came to her. She had specialized talents that few people had and she could put them into action.
A Plan
The officer acted fast to execute her idea. She prepared a strategy for the area and began to investigate. If she could recognize a pattern, she would be able to take action.
After spending a lot of time looking into it, she observed an arrangement. Now, she just had to discover which person would be the next in line. It would be like a scene out of a scary movie.
Finding Out The Truth
Mona scribbled circles above residences that got broken into within the past few months. As she was doing this, something occurred that made her uneasy.
She began to ascertain their next attack. Instantly, a feeling of apprehension arose within her. She was astonished at who the upcoming victim was. She had to act expeditiously.
She Was Next
If she was accurate, it appeared as though the robbers were going to pick her as their next victim. She was at a loss as to what to do. She was aware that having police officers guarding her around the clock was not a practical option. It would be a misuse of precious assets.
She realized that she was up to the challenge, and with any luck, she could aid in making her area more secure. Instead of just sitting and waiting, she began to make plans.
Hatching A Scheme
Mona had capabilities that even the majority of law enforcement personnel did not possess. At the cop shop, she was renowned for always completing tasks despite any obstacles. She was sure she was up to the challenge.
She started working out her plan. She went to her workroom and began to plan her next step. She had a special chance to get her revenge.

As she considered her options, she clung to the optimism that once it was all said and done, her area would be free from weeping. She would never again be witness to someone in her locality dreading their security.

Following her trip to the hardware shop, she obtained all the materials needed to construct her project. Despite having to devote a number of evenings in her workshop after her job, she eventually completed it.
She arranged it in a way so that the trespassers would be naive enough to intrude and felt contented. Based on the prior intrusions, they would arrive that night.
Going To Bed
Mona retired for the night feeling slightly scared. She had never encountered a house invasion before, but if her plan worked, it would never happen again. She was determined to take the gamble to protect her region.
She kept her firearm nearby for protection, occupying her bedroom as she waited. She was anticipating their arrival at any moment, then she heard the initial detonation.

Mona spent the following decade of her life in the armed forces. She advanced to the position of Sergeant and chose to remain there.
At the age of twenty-nine, she decided to put away her soldier's attire and make a stab at a more ordinary life. She had no desire to keep progressing in the military and was content to remain a basic infantryman.
Coming Home
Mona had occupied the place she was assigned to by the military and only met her family twice a year when she left. But finally, she was coming back to stay.
When she looked ahead, she saw her mom and dad, who had aged into their 60s. However, what she noticed was appalling.
Changed
She surveyed her former area, anticipating it to be the same as when she had departed, however, that was completely wrong. She was filled with revulsion upon viewing the changes. Incidents of criminality had drastically increased as the employment numbers had decreased.
She felt the strong responsibility to look after those near her again. She had been shielding her nation for a decade. Now, she was going to watch over her family and her neighborhood.
Charging Into A New Profession
Mona took on a novel occupation with full vigor, one that would guarantee no one around her would be harmed.
She traveled directly to the police station to try to get a position as a cop. She completed the instruction effortlessly and aced it. Her colleagues were fascinated with her and even though she was a beginner, her past military involvement gave her an advantage that nobody else had.
Being Their Bulwark
Mona devoted the subsequent fifteen years defending her community against law-breaking. Most significantly, she made certain her relatives were looked after and secure. But then everything finished.
Mona was livid when she heard the news that there was something that she was helpless to shield her mom and dad from.
Furious
Mona felt an array of feelings inside her. Sorrow was one of them, but she also felt outraged. Mona was a strong-minded individual and she was mad at death for taking away her parents. Unfortunately, there was nothing to be done.
Her mother departed first, but her father died not long after that. It was due to natural reasons, though she thought her father's death was caused by his sorrow after her mother's death.
Living On
Mona worked through her sorrow in her own way and kept living. She stayed dedicated to safeguarding her people and eventually established her own family and had a daughter. Now that she had more to defend, she was more determined than ever.
She believed that she was well-informed, yet she was incorrect. One day, someone who was more familiar to her than she desired experienced a difficult situation.
A Break-In
A home a short distance from her was burglarized. When she discovered it the following day, she was the first one there.
She comforted her neighbor and promised to help them locate the perpetrator. However, since they had no proof, it was a challenging task. Someone had shattered a window and had made off with some electronic items.

The detectives worked the situation, waiting to see what would happen next. As expected, it occurred again. This time, it was the home of an elderly woman in Mona's neighbourhood. The house was broken into and her jewellery was taken.
Mona was determined to locate the source of two separate home robberies which occurred within the same timeframe. Whoever was responsible was a skilled criminal, as they had not demanded too much.

Subsequently, fourteen days after the prior robbery, another one happened. This time it was a failed try, as the proprietor's security alert was triggered, and the culprit fled during the evening.
Mona was nervous. Despite the failure, it was clear that they weren't going to be stopped easily and would make a second attempt. She had to figure out when that would be.
She Had Nothing
She didn't have any clues such as fingerprints, watching, or genetic material, so she had no way of finding out who was responsible. Nevertheless, she was convinced that the same thing would happen again in her area. Three instances of the same thing indicated that a fourth was likely to occur soon.
She witnessed the repercussions the burglaries had on her community. Everybody felt insecure. She had to take action. It brought back recollections of her mom and dad.

Mona took hold of her firearm and hastened down the stairs to confront her assailants. She had no idea what would be in store, but she was certain this would be the last time she would have to endure this.
She cautiously advanced towards the location where she had installed her snare. The thief had triggered it, and now they were in a difficult situation. They were tied up by their feet with a wire. The bomb was intended to confuse them. She grinned and phoned the police station. She took the criminal there personally, and she was applauded by her colleagues. Everyone knew that it was not a wise decision to cross her.
