Bumbling Rep. James Comer Demands Kamala Harris Prove She Owns a Gun [VIDEO]

During a Sunday appearance on Maria Bartiromo's Fox show, Congressman James Comer demanded Kamala Harris proved she owns a gun. 

You may have heard female sports fans talk about a specific type of guy. When she says she's a fan of a certain team, he asks her to prove it by naming players or other facts about the team. It is a way to gatekeep something they don't think someone else should be able to support. 

That was the kind of tactic used by James Comer, a Congressman most well-known for his utter failure to tie Joe Biden to any wrongdoing despite making all kinds of wild claims. Comer was unhappy that Harris recently said she was a gun owner while interviewing with Oprah Winfrey. 

The Kentucky Rep. said on air: 

"I don’t think anyone believes that Kamala Harris is a gun owner. But if she is, she needs to tell the American people what type of gun she has. Look, this is all about crime. And when you look at the polling, Biden-Harris are getting killed in the polling with the issue of crime, which is a huge issue in the suburbs and it’s definitely an issue in urban America."

Comer continued:

"So just like Kamala Harris has flipped on the issue of wanting to have a southern border wall now, when she used to say it was racist. Now she’s trying to imply that she’s scared like everyone else. So she has a gun to protect her family. I mean, this is totally counter for what Kamala Harris has said her entire political career."
