In April of this year, shortly after paying a massive settlement to Dominion Voting Systems, Fox News shockingly fired top anchor Tucker Carlson. The network had also stopped working with Lou Dobbs, who pushed voting conspiracy theories, back in 2021.
At the moment, Jeanine Pirro and Maria Bartiromo, two other Fox conspiracy theorists remain. That does not mean that they have not been somewhat muzzled. According to Semafor's Max Tani, Fox is keeping Pirro away from events with other controversial Conservative figures.
The former judge recently finished her latest book, Crimes Against America: The Left's Takedown of Our Republic, and is aggressively promoting the book. Tani writes in his report, "two people with knowledge of the situation told Semafor that the network has severely limited Pirro’s promotional appearances by strongly discouraging her from appearing at multiple conservative religious and political events."
Pirro was reportedly told not to appear at an event with Turning Point USA as well as a tent revival that would also feature Mike Lindell and actor Jim Cavizel.
A spokesperson from Pirro's Winning Team Publishing remarked, "We are extremely disappointed that Fox News would censor one of their biggest stars."
Fox News, of course, is a business. And Pirro has the potential to cost the business an awful lot of money. While her publisher may be upset, don't expect anything to change soon.
