“America Doesn’t Like Sore Losers” Watch as Karl Rove Blasts Donald Trump

On Friday night, the Supreme Court decided not to take up the Texas lawsuit meant to overturn the 2020 election results. This was seemingly the last nail in the coffin for Donald Trump. The president, though, has vowed to continue to fight.

Trump certainly has a lot of support from Republicans. 18 state attorneys general and over 100 GOP congressman were willing to stand by as he attacked democracy. There are, though, plenty of Republicans who think the president is acting like a buffoon. Karl Rove is among those Republicans as he lit into Trump during a Sunday interview.

The former Bush adviser made the comments during an appearance on Chris Wallace’s Fox News show. He told the host:

“If his goal is to lay the predicate to come back in 2024 and run again, he’s helping himself at least gain the nomination. But I think in the long run, he’s not helping himself or the country. America likes comebacks, but they don’t like sore losers. And he is on the edge of looking like a sore loser and probably will look like it after January 6th.”
