Attorney Michael Avenatti has just released a sworn statement by another woman who alleges that Brett Kavanaugh had taken part in sexual misconduct, including participating in “gang rapes” and the unsolicited drugging women.
In his tweet, just moments ago, Avanatti released both a sworn statement and a photograph of the alleged victim, Julie Swetnick
“My name is Julie Swetnick and I am a resident of Washington, D.C.,” the declaration reads. “I fully understand the seriousness of the statements contained within this declaration…… I am a graduate of Gaithersburg High School in Gaithersburg, MD.”
Swetnick goes on to confirm that she has held several inactive government clearances, including “Secret – U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Justice, and Public Trust – U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP).:
She has a long history of working within the United States Government and seems to be as legitimate of a witness as a prosecutor could hope for.
Swetnick claims to have met Kavanaugh between 1980-1981 after being introduced to him at a house party in the D.C. area. She also claims to have watched both him and his friend Mark Judge partake in both obsessive drinking as well as obvious crimes against women.
“On numerous occasions at these parties, I witnessed Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking ‘No’ for an answer. This conduct included the fondling and grabbing of girls without their consent.”
Swetnick then goes on to contradict Kavanaugh’s claims of “innocence” during his teenage years, saying that it’s an absolute lie what he told to Fox News in his recent interview, before putting forth more very haunting allegations.
“I became aware of efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to ‘spike’ the ‘punch’ at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No’,” Swetnick alleges.See Also
“I also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys. I have firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.”
Swetnick herself says that she became one of these victims in approximately 1982, after having become inebriated against her will and then the victim of a gang rape. She claims to have witnesses who can back up her claims.
During her own alleged rape, Swetnick says in her sworn statement that both Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present at the time. She does not state if they personally took part in her rape.
“In approximately 1982, I became a victim of one of these “gang” or “train” rapes, where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. Shortly after the incident, I shared what transpired with at least two other people. During the incident, I was incapacitated, without my consent, and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Qualudes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”
