According to Raw Story, Judge Loretta Preska, the Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York is having certain documents unsealed in advance of the case against Ghislain Maxwell. Maxwell stands accused of helping groom and obtain young girls for Jeffrey Epstein to sexually abuse, and to provide to other wealthy men for sexual abuse. She is slated to stand trial next July.

One of the victims in the case, Virginia Guiffre, has also accused Alan Dershowitz. As reported by Local10 at the time, Dershowitz lashed out at her at the time, saying that she can’t be believed and calling her a prostitute. He also admitted that he did receive a massage at Epstein’s home, but says it was from a woman of legal adult age. “I kept my underwear on during the massage. I don’t like massages particularly.”

As noted at the time, “massage” was understood by the young girls to be Epstein’s code word for a sexual encounter.

Earlier this month, Dershowitz said he hopes there are videos of the underaged girls being abused in Epstein’s home, suggesting that he would be exonerated by merely not appearing in such videos. He’s also said that Guiffre should face prison for making up false accusations.

At the time when Dershowitz calls Guiffre a “prostitute,” she was a fifteen-year-old underaged child, who says that in her first encounter she was forced into sexual activity with Jeffrey Epstein, then given $200. She says that Maxwell and Epstein then ‘trained’ her before handing her around to friends, including Dershowitz and Prince Andrew.
