Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Thursday fired back at President Donald Trump after he insulted her in a Fox News Business interview Thursday morning.
“I won’t say where she went to school it doesn’t matter,” the president said of 30-year-old AOC on Mornings With Maria. “This is not even a smart person other than she’s got a good line of stuff. I mean, she goes out and she yaps.”
In response, AOC took to Twitter, Trump’s favorite medium, to issue a direct challenge to Trump.
“Let’s make a deal, Mr. President: You release your college transcript, I’ll release mine, and we’ll see who was the better student,” she the freshman lawmaker tweeted. “Loser has to fund the Post Office.”

Additionally, Trump has mocked AOC’s job as a bartender, which she held until she was elected to Congress in 2018, numerous times.
Speaking with Maria Bartiromo, Trump projected fear over the power of AOC’s ultra-progressive brand.
“These guys, they’re all afraid of her.” he told Bartiromo. “If you notice, all of these progressives are beating regular Democrats.”
The president predicted that AOC would mount a successful primary challenge to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), whose term ends in 2022, although she has offered no indication that she intends to do so.
“Schumer’s going to get beaten by her. She’s going to run against Schumer, and he knows that and he’s going to get beaten by her unless you can talk her out of doing it. He has no chance,” Trump seethed. “Chuck Schumer will be, in my opinion. AOC will run against Chuck Schumer for the Senate. Yeah, I mean, I think. And I think she’ll win.”
Trump’s remarks were only a small part of his latest round of attacks on powerful women.
Trump also called House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) “stone-cold crazy.”
