Alan Dershowitz Thinks Trump Will Be Murdered in Prison

Donald his first few decades in business, Donald Trump managed to avoid prison time. But he put a big spotlight on himself during his presidency and is now facing several cases. Considering the volumes of evidence against him, there is a real chance that he goes to jail.

Alan Dershowitz appeared on Fox News this weekend to discuss Trump and the legal jeopardy that he is facing. The Harvard law professor now thinks that if Trump does go to jail, he will be murdered there.

A Newsmax host mentioned that a new proposed bill would remove Trump's Secret Service detail if he was convicted of a crime. The host asked, "So he would not have Secret Service if he's behind bars?"

"Well, that's ridiculous," Dershowitz replied. "That means that they want him killed, because he's obviously a target. We live in an age where everybody is in danger."

The legal professor continued his answer by saying:

"The judge is going to bluff and fine and threaten, but he's not going to throw Donald Trump in jail. That would be a guaranteed victory. It would even get people like me, perhaps, to vote for him if he was thrown in jail on an unconstitutional charge. So I don't think it's going to happen."
