WATCH: Racist Trump Says US Shouldn’t Allow Haitian Migrants Because Many of Them Will Have AIDS

Donald Trump has always had an issue with countries with large populations of black people. During a 2018 meeting with senators, Trump referred to Haiti and African nations as “sh*thole countries. In the same meeting the former president wondered why the US doesn’t have more immigrants from Norway (one of the whitest countries in the world).

This attitude towards Haiti was on display last night during an interview with Sean Hannity. Trump told the host that the US shouldn’t accept more Haitian refugees because many will “probably have AIDS.”

Hannity said to his guest, “Should be not give preferential treatment to people who don’t respect our law? Should they at least have a covid test? Health check? Is it wrong to say that if we’re going to invite you into our country, we don’t care where you come from, but you’ve got to be able to provide for yourself and you won’t be a financial burder on the American people?”

Trump responded:

“We have hundreds of thousands of people flowing in from Haiti. Haiti has a tremendous AIDS problem. AIDS is a step beyond. AIDS is a real bad problem. So hundreds of thousands of people are coming into our country, and if you look at the stats, if you look at the numbers, if you look at just — take a look it’s what’s happening in Haiti, a tremendous problem with AIDS. Many of those people will probably have AIDS and they’re coming into our country. And don’t do anything about it.”
