It only took five years to gain popularity on an international scale, gaining over fifty million users in the first five years after its debut. Arguably, the fastest-catching invention of our time. It took the television more than double the amount of time to achieve such status.
Number One: Love Going Digital. Thanks to the technology and networking of the internet, dating sites have popped up and gained popularity over the years. Today, it is estimated that 19% of U.S. couples, almost a fifth of all couples, met online. They have their computer screens and technology to thank for helping to find the love of their life. What an invention!
